Sr Compensation Analyst
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be a key member of the Compensation team reporting to the Director, Compensation. In this role, you will help to advance our compensation philosophy by being a critical advisor and support to our business leaders. You will work with cross-functional partners to drive pay decisions that are externally competitive, internally equitable, and legally compliant. You will also participate in the development and execution of compensation processes and initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field required.
Experience : Minimum of 7 years as a Compensation Analyst, preferably within a Center of Excellence team, with responsibility for pay equity analysis, salary studies, salary survey participation, and compensation recommendations.
Global experience a plus (Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica)
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience with DayForce or other human capital management (HCM) software.
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
HR Expertise : Strong understanding of human resource regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Business & Analytical Skills : Strong business acumen with critical thinking and analytical ability to evaluate how business decisions impact enterprise outcomes.
Communication & Collaboration : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and colleagues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $140,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
