Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Technical Sales Manager - Biogas (Hybrid) for an energy & environmental services client based in Tulsa, Oklahoma
The Technical Sales Manager - Biogas position establishes sales relationships with existing and prospective customers through industry and product knowledge deploying a solutions-based approach. Also, achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and / or services. The candidate will be required to look at emerging biogas markets and work with leaders to develop go to market strategies and product portfolio expansion.
Role Responsibilities :
§ Establishes, fosters, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in all biogas applications within North America to generate new business for the company’s products and services.
§ Prepares and / or recommends technical solutions.
§ Ability to prepare and / or review technical estimates and proposals.
§ Gathers necessary information to provide a competitive solution and apply market pricing to win orders.
§ Work with internal team members to negotiate commercial terms to result in new orders.
§ Navigates within organizations to influence decision makers using technical, commercial, and solutions-based skills and experience.
§ The ability to gather market intelligence including competitors, complimentary services, new applications, and market conditions.
§ Expedites the resolution of customer challenges and concerns.
§ Ability to execute corporate sales strategy at highest levels within current and prospective customers.
§ Plans and organizes personal sales strategy.
§ Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and the potential for new products and services.
§ Participate in trade shows and conventions. to company policies, procedures, and rules.
Qualifications :
§ Bachelors Degree in Engineering and 5+ years technical sales experience to the Biogas sector
§ Demonstrated maturity to work independently and in front of groups.
§ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
