This account is built for drivers who want structure - consistent miles, regular customers, and steady reefer freight. Drivers pick up loads in Mississippi and haul primarily throughout Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Alabama , staying regional while earning solid pay and getting home every other weekend.

What to Expect on the Road

Drivers on this lane average 2,300–2,600 miles weekly , running reefer loads that are pre-planned and efficiently scheduled. Freight is primarily drop and hook or live load , keeping you productive and minimizing downtime. You'll stay out around 10–12 days , then enjoy two full days at home every other weekend for your reset.

Dispatchers coordinate your runs for maximum mileage, and most loads stay within familiar lanes - no cross-country OTR grind. This is regional work designed for consistency, not chaos.

Pay & Home Time

Drivers earn $1,200 to $1,500 weekly on average , depending on experience and performance. Additional pay opportunities include detention, layover, and safety bonuses. Freight moves year-round, so your income stays steady regardless of season.

Home time is bi-weekly , allowing for two full reset days on weekends. You'll run strong during the week, then get your downtime to recharge and reset.

New Drivers Welcome

If you're just starting your CDL career, IMACC is one of the few companies offering a clear path forward. We accept recent graduates from accredited CDL schools (minimum 120-hour programs) who demonstrate professionalism, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.

New drivers complete a four-week paid training program to learn reefer operations, trip planning, and equipment handling. Experienced drivers go through a three-day paid orientation before being assigned their truck.

Equipment & Benefits

IMACC runs newer model tractors equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfort features to make life on the road easier. Trucks are assigned, not shared, and maintained regularly for safety and performance.

Drivers receive full benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision , plus access to 24 / 7 dispatch and support staff who know your routes and respect your time.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (issued within the last 60 days for new grads)
• No experience required - training provided
• Clean MVR and stable work history
• Willingness to run bi-weekly schedules and maintain communication with dispatch
