We have an immediate contract job with our client for a Mailbox Operations Specialist to manage high-volume mailbox operations. Scheduled to run for 1 year with possible extension.

Must be fulltime onsite at headquarters in Dallas, TX (preferred) or Atlanta. GA.

Required :

6+ years of experience in telecom operations, customer service, and / or technical support roles. Ability to manage and prioritize high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of circuit provisioning, CLLI codes, and mailbox operations

Familiarity with LSRs, XML gateway interfaces, and wholesale telecom processes

Must be onsite. Hourly rate 65 / hour. Rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details : $63.00 to $65.00 per hour
