The Senior Artificial Intelligence Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of AI services by Husch Blackwell Consulting AI Advisory Services initiatives through collaboration with legal and business professionals to deliver client solutions. This role is responsible for aligning business development, legal, and consulting teams on client expectations and project scope, facilitating seamless communication and executing project goals. A key aspect of this position is translating client requirements into actionable AI strategies, governance frameworks, and solutions that deliver measurable business value and then delivering on those solutions. Essential job functions include :

Client Engagement

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify goals, requirements, and success metrics.
• Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable project objectives.
• Manage ongoing communications, scope, and budget for client engagements to ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and ongoing support, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Provide direct support throughout the engagement lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Note that as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Firm, many of Husch Blackwell Consulting’s processes are executed and supported through the Firm via a shared services agreement. The final candidate will, however, be employed by Husch Blackwell Consulting, LLC.

Compensation And Benefits

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows :

The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
