CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER-CRNP

Adagio Health Inc. is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our team in Erie, PA. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide compassionate care to our community, with flexible daylight hours and no nights, weekends, or holidays. Regional travel is required.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CRNP AT ADAGIO HEALTH

As a Nurse Practitioner at Adagio Health, you'll work in a CRNP-led environment that values patient care over RVUs. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing sexual and reproductive healthcare services, annual exams, problem visits, and preventive care such as vaccinations and screenings.
• Collaborating with our team to address the whole person, from medical and behavioral health to social determinants.
• Utilizing in-office resources, including food pantries and Care Navigators, to link patients with additional support services.
