We are a group of upscale dining destinations known for exceptional service and culinary excellence. We are seeking a dynamic  Area Director of Restaurants  to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Area Director of Restaurants Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and top-tier guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee staffing, training, and team development to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to uphold quality, consistency, and brand standards.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls while driving revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

    • Area Director of Restaurants Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership role within upscale or fine dining establishments.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
