As a Community Manager , you’ll engage, nurture, and support Notion’s thriving global Ambassador and Campus Leaders programs, ensuring member experience remains smooth, motivating, and on brand. You’ll be communicating with Ambassadors and Campus Leaders every day, plus translating your insights into action in collaboration with other members of the Community Marketing team—from helping to evolve community strategies to building stronger bridges between community and Notion product teams.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Compensation is based on location, role scope and complexity, and experience. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, base salary ranges may apply.
