We're growing to serve our community better! The Treatment Services Division is excited to expand service hours to include weekends. These extended hours will primarily focus on serving walk-in clients, ensuring timely, flexible access to care for individuals seeking support.
This expansion position is located at our Treatment Services facility, offers a day-shift schedule of Tuesday-Friday, from 10 : 00a- 6 : 00p, and Saturday from 7 : 00a- 3 : 00p, and starts at $70.79 per hour, with an additional $4.00 / hour weekend premium applied to Saturday shifts.

What you'll be doing
The nurse practitioner's primary responsibility is to evaluate patient's opioid use disorder and develop medication treatment plans as appropriate. She / he will conduct thorough medical history and physical examinations on new patients, annual medical evaluations for established patients, make appropriate recommendations for follow-up of chronic medical conditions, and perform medication reviews for all enrolled patients. The nurse practitioner will coordinate care in a multi-disciplinary team approach in regard to patient medical, emotion, and behavioral health conditions.
