Job Title : Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned Phase 2–4 clinical trials from site initiation to close-out. This role involves conducting study visits, obtaining informed consent, and performing protocol-required procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned Phase 2–4 clinical trials from site initiation to close-out.
  • Conduct study visits, including obtaining informed consent, performing protocol-required procedures, and collecting source data using eSource systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of study data into electronic case report forms (eCRFs).
  • Utilize eSource, eConsent, eISF, and other clinical trial software platforms to maintain complete, accurate, and regulatory-compliant study records.
  • Support site readiness and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, ICH GCP, and sponsor SOPs.
  • Maintain up-to-date regulatory documents and study binders (electronic and / or paper as required).
  • Assist with preparation for sponsor, CRO, or regulatory audits.

Require Skills / Experience

  • Phlebotomy skills.
  • Experience with chart review, pre-screening patients, and clinical trial coordination.
  • Proficiency in patient recruitment and GCP compliance.
  • Familiarity with EDC, CRC, IRB, and clinical study processes.
  • Strong data entry skills.

    This is a Contract position based out of Stone Mountain, Georgia.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00 / hr.
