• Core EM procedures including intubation, laceration repair, splinting, and central line placement JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active Louisiana license
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS
• Minimum 2 years in Emergency Medicine
• BC / BE in EM, FM, or IM (no alternative boards accepted); EMR training required prior to orientation DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency medical care to patients of varying acuity
• Perform necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Work collaboratively with NP / PAs and clinical staff
• Manage patient flow and care in a 5-bed emergency department
• Accurately document clinical activities using EPIC EMR
• Complete all onboarding and orientation as required by the facility
