Route Sales Foreperson

The Route Sales Foreperson trains Route Relievers in all aspects of route operational activity, including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations.

What you will be doing :

  • Communicate with all Route Sales Professionals to assist them in understanding the expectations of the customer and consumer.
  • Assist account team in communicating promotional activity, delivery expectations and growth opportunities within BBU.
  • Assist management in ensuring that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction by all Route Sales Representatives and in agreement with contract terms and requirements.
  • Assist with accounts and customers relations to include selling of new products, chain relations, and space / position gains.
  • Solicit potential new business and perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Market BBU as the leader in the baking business.

    • Position Requirements :

  • High School diploma preferred but not required.
  • Previous DSD operations experience.
  • Previous experience working in BBU.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to handle confidential information with complete integrity.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.
