As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols to maintain a visible presence. You will interact with a variety of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting the operations of a busy industrial setting. This role may involve working in areas with limited on-site facilities, such as rustic guard shacks, and using technology such as computers or tablets. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
