This position blends financial planning support with client service excellence. You'll assist advisors in preparing financial plans, managing client communications, and ensuring operational efficiency. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update financial plans, reports, and investment proposals
• Assist with account opening, transfers, and maintenance
• Coordinate client meetings and follow-up tasks
• Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance documentation is complete
• Serve as a liaison between clients and advisors for service-related inquiries
• Support advisors with research, data entry, and plan implementation
• Assist with clients requests, as needed
• Provide back-up support for team, as needed

Education

Bachelor's : Business Administration (Required), Bachelor's : Finance (Required)

Work Experience

General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Certifications

Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
