What You’ll Do :

Project & Development Lifecycle Management

Manage full development lifecycles and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Own sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, and backlog grooming
Liaise with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps

Technical Leadership & Best Practices

Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on clean, efficient code

Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, testing, and documentation

Champion modern DevOps and CI / CD strategies

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead and coach a team of developers, assigning tasks and setting expectations

Conduct regular performance reviews

Foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture

Requirements :

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience with Node.js, React, SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Docker

Prior leadership in a software development environment

Strong architectural skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code

Experience with Agile and DevOps practices

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Bonus Points For :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
