Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our team in a pivotal management position in Bethlehem, PA, providing exceptional service and communication for private events, parties, and special dining experiences. As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring each one runs smoothly in our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all private dining and special events, from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
  • Conduct client consultations to understand event needs, menu preferences, and service expectations
  • Create detailed event proposals, floor plans, and timelines tailored to guest requirements
  • Collaborate with the executive chef and front-of-house leadership to ensure menu execution and staffing align with event goals
  • Oversee event setup, service flow, and guest experience on-site
  • Maintain an organized event calendar, respond to inquiries, and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Develop event packages, seasonal offerings, and promotional materials with the marketing team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality sales, or restaurant management (fine dining preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
  • Proficiency in OpenTable is a plus
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
