Job Position Description

Experience in remodeling and construction projects. Proficiency in the following areas :

  • Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry
  • Trim carpentry
  • Tile laying
  • Door hanging
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow project plans, timelines, and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
  • Document work progress and materials used

    • Requirements

    4 years minimum experience in remodeling. Valid driver's license. Strong work ethic. Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment. Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to :

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as required
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer, crowbar, and power tools
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
  • Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs

    • Compensation : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
