CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT
Are you an analytical, self‑motivated individual ready to dive deep into details? We're looking for someone to thrive in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment—working alongside engineers, schedulers, architects, attorneys, and more.
What You'll Do :
- Conduct CPM scheduling, claims analysis, delay / disruption assessments, and cost impact evaluations
- Review contract language, plans, specifications, and documentation to inform client solutions
- Draft expert reports, presentations, and technical deliverables
- Support litigation, dispute resolution, project management oversight, and specification writing
- Contribute to client presentations and train internal / external stakeholders
