The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. Assistant Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.
