Nephrology Physician

We are working on an amazing opportunity and looking for Lead Nephrologists in Atlanta, GA to visit patients in their homes. This is an innovative company based out of Nashville, TN and focused on changing the way kidney care is delivered. As a physician at this company, you would be a clinical leader and oversee the care management team and services to ensure quality patient care, with a value based care model.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5 : 00

Must live in Atlanta and be board-certified and licensed in GA

Must be willing to visit patients in their homes
