About the Role

Aire Serv of Northwest Arkansas is looking for an Experienced HVAC Sales Technician to diagnose, repair, and sell residential HVAC solutions. This is the perfect role for a technician who enjoys both hands-on service work and earning commissions through sales.

Responsibilities :

\tDiagnose residential HVAC systems and perform minor repairs

\tPresent repair and replacement options in a clear, professional manner

\tGenerate and close sales for new systems and upgrades

\tWork with office staff and installers for smooth project completion

\tMaintain accurate service and sales documentation

\tProvide exceptional customer service on every job

Qualifications :

\t5+ years HVAC experience preferred

\tStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

\tProven sales ability with a customer-first approach

\tEPA certification required

\tValid driver’s license and clean driving record

\tProfessional appearance and communication skills

\tSelf-motivated and team-oriented
