Pay : 22 / hr, W 2

Onsite

Schedule : 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM, 40 hours / week.

Costing / transferring material using inventory software system

Receiving phone calls from technicians requiring parts ordering

Ordering parts as needed using inventory system

Under general supervisor, candidate will receive packages and materials and state for jobs. Verify all incoming packages for accuracy.

Packs and ships material as needed. Ability to pull work orders and stage according to direction provided. Count and verify inventory for accuracy. Order parts for jobs as needed. Complete transfer paperwork and cost parts to job / transfer to tech vehicles. Count and complete inventory count on all inventory locators within the branch. If time allows, administrative work (such as collections) will be added to responsibilities.

Qualifications

This an onsite position

• Proficient using a computer and various programs.
• Prepared to be on their feet most of the workday.
• Have their own transportation to and from work each day.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs.
• Experience with warehouse inventory management (no forklift required)
• Be able to read and interpret work orders
• Shipping and receiving multiple packages
• Staging inventory for upcoming jobs
