Excellent position for multiple well-motivated, BC / BE Pediatricians. These Hospital Employed positions are perfect for physicians who would primarily like outpatient experience! You will be joining 2 other Pediatricians, an NP, and a Pediatric PA! Patient load is around 12 to 16 patients per day. When the practice is fully staffed, the proposed scheduling will look like this : two full-time providers, and 1-2 half-time physicians. This would allow the 2 half-time physicians to work two weeks on, and two weeks off with them answering calls of course. This will allow those physicians a more flexible work / life balance. Right now, this is in the concept phase and will be discussed during the interview process. The providers are also responsible for Newborn Nursery rounds at Regional Hospital. The work week is 5 days per week Monday through Friday and will consist of well visits and sick visits. Pediatricians attend births IF there is a problem OR it is an unscheduled c-section after hours and you are the provider on call. There were 125 last year. The hospital is contracted with a neo-natal ICU who responds should the need arise. J1 and H1B Visa Candidates for 2024 are urged to respond!
