Job Description
\nAs a critical member of our healthcare team, the Registered Nurse (RN) at Lima Memorial Main Campus is responsible for providing high-quality care to ICU patients during night shifts. In alignment with the health system's mission, vision, and values, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on age-specific criteria. Your clinical judgment, grounded in scientific knowledge and advanced skills, ensures safe and personalized patient management. You will also play an active role in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Unit Secretaries, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
