We’re looking for a hands-on Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to be a go-to problem solver for our production equipment and facility systems. What You’ll Do :

As our Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our equipment and facility in top shape. You’ll :

• Stay ahead of downtime by performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot like a pro when mechanical or electrical issues pop up, getting equipment back online quickly.
• Get hands-on with motors, bearings, belts, pulleys — installing, aligning, replacing, and fine-tuning them for peak performance.
• Tackle electrical basics like wiring tasks, swapping out lighting fixtures, and replacing electrical components.
• Pitch in plant-wide by supporting 5S, safety practices, and continuous improvement projects that make work better for everyone.
• Keep things documented — accurately recording maintenance work and sharing updates so the team is always in the loop.
