Overview :

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Service and Parts Advisor to join our family-owned dealership specializing in mobility vans and adaptive vehicle solutions. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, helping them schedule service, coordinate repairs, and order parts tailored to their mobility needs. You’ll ensure accuracy and efficiency in every step, from verifying parts to keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s status. Responsibilities :

• Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service needs (walk-in, phone and email.)
• Write accurate, detailed work orders that reflect both customer concerns and opportunities for up-sell.
• Identify and recommend additional services based on vehicle condition, maintenance history, and technician inspection.
• Translate tech recommendations into clear value for the customer - sell the why, not just the what.
• Prioritize high-margin work and schedule jobs to minimize idle tech hours and maximize bay efficiency.
• Assist Service and Parts Manager with administrative tasks.
• Assist with Service scheduling; communicating changes promptly to customers, technicians and managers.
• Pick up parts from local vendors, as needed.
