Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager of Platform Observability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Platform Observability team to ensure high availability and performance of platforms and services

Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize and plan business milestones and technical roadmaps

Establish SLAs, governance processes, and best practices across the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2 years of engineering management or proven tech leadership experience

Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience

Deep understanding of SLAs, SLOs, incident management, and large-scale service operations
