Job Description : Office Manager

Location : Mount Vernon, TX

Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow

Coordinate administrative duties, including document management, correspondence, and file organization

Evaluate and recommend service improvements and equipment purchases to control costs and improve efficiency

Communicate with property management to address building maintenance requests

Maintain the appearance and functionality of office common areas

Oversee office equipment maintenance and vendor relations

Manage office space planning, including moves, workstation changes, and additions

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 5 years of experience in an office setting

Strong knowledge of business communications, document and records management

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferably home health or hospice, is a plus
