A company is looking for a Call Center Operations Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to front-line, day-to-day work as assigned by leads and supervisors
Provide training on department tasks to new hires and existing team members requiring additional support
Coordinate cross-training completion through communication and scheduling with designated trainees
Required Qualifications
Must be 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED
Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) is required
Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence, with a New Jersey license to be obtained within 6 months of hire
Ability to work in an office-based (or remote) setting, sitting at a desk 90% of the time
Availability to work from 11 : 30 AM to 8 : 00 PM ET, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed
