Provide nursing services, treatments and diagnostic and preventative procedures as assigned. Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate. Observe signs and symptoms and report to the physician and RN reactions to treatments, including drugs and changes in the patients physical or emotional condition. Teach and counsel the patient and family / significant others regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient at home. Maintain accurate and complete records of observations, treatments, and care of patients. Treated with respect and dignity. Provided exceptional training on a regular and ongoing basis. Supported in the field - support is always available. Provided with ongoing recognition opportunities. A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. Graduate of an approved school of practical (vocational) nursing. Licensed practical (vocational) nurse in the state of job posting. Minimum of one (1) year as an LVN in the Home Health Care Setting. Must have current BLS Certification.
