job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork directly with youth and families using strength-based, trauma-informed approaches Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team Participate in meaningful work that has a tangible impact on residents lives Full-time position with medical and dental benefits Provide direct supervision and guidance for residents Engage youth through the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) Model and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Support daily life skills, meals, chores, transportation, and activities Document progress and communicate with the treatment team Attend trainings, meetings, and professional development opportunities Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Professional boundaries and sound judgment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelors degree preferred, experience with youth a plus Valid Massachusetts drivers license and acceptable driving history Ability to ascend / descend stairs, bend, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds Visual and hearing acuity to perform essential job functions Communication : Clear, timely, and professional communication Conflict Management : Resolves conflicts constructively while maintaining confidentiality Initiative : Proactive, engaged, and creative in supporting residents and the program Self-Awareness & Development : Open to feedback and committed to professional growth Teamwork : Collaborates effectively to achieve team objectives Quality Management : Strives for accuracy, thoroughness, and continuous improvement 403(b) retirement plan Paid time off Training & development opportunities Wellness resources A mission-driven culture where every youth deserves a family

Make a real difference in the lives of youth! Plummers Community Treatment Residential Program is seeking compassionate Residential Counselors to join our team. In this role, youll supervise and engage residents, support their treatment goals, and help create a safe, nurturing environment. Available shifts are Friday through Sunday, 3pm-11pm.
