Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume book of accounts across the lower mid-market segment
Proactively contact renewing customers to ensure a positive renewal experience
Conduct discovery conversations to identify expansion potential and collaborate with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in account management, renewals, or sales development at a SaaS company
Proven ability to manage a large volume of accounts with strong organizational skills
Experience in conducting discovery conversations to identify customer needs
Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal or sales targets
Comfortable managing renewals and negotiating simple contract terms
