Knowledge Management Specialist

Description

As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will drive and maintain the development, governance, and continuous improvement of HR knowledge content within the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. In this role, you will collaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve issues and select the most effective strategies for optimizing the digital employee experience. You will leverage your professional expertise to design frameworks, influence stakeholders, analyze data, and utilize analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives. Your proactive approach will ensure the implementation of best practices and the ongoing enhancement of the digital employee experience.

Role expectations

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to enhance self-service adoption and improve employee experience across global HR operations.
• Lead the governance and lifecycle management of HR knowledge content, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal brand guidelines.
• Design and maintain the HRSD Knowledge Playbook, establishing best practices and frameworks for content creation, review, and optimization.
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to align knowledge initiatives with process improvements, policy updates, and system enhancements.
• Analyze usage metrics and feedback to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements to knowledge content and delivery.
• Serve as a key contact for knowledge management within HRSD, providing guidance and training to content contributors and stakeholders.
• Lead communication and change enablement efforts for HRSD knowledge initiatives, ensuring successful adoption across global teams.
• Ensure knowledge assets are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational objectives, while leveraging analytics to assess efficacy.

What we're looking for

Pay Transparency

If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.

For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
