Accounts Receivable / Billing / Collections Position

SERVPRO of Lake Geneva is seeking someone for our Accounts Receivable / Billing / Collections position. We need someone who is great on the phone and has the ability to make daily calls to collect payments. This person should have experience making phone calls to collect customer payments, excellent accounting skills, previous invoicing experience, as well as QuickBooks experience. The role also requires someone to assist the Receptionist with answering the phone. The ideal candidate is one who is proactive, experienced, and is willing to take ownership of this position. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Daily collections calls.
• Complete routine Accounts Receivable / Billing / Collections procedures.
• Assist in answering phones.
• Create financial reports and perform analysis.
• Prepare and maintain cash management reports.
• Other duties as required / assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Compensation : $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
