Industrial Electrical Superintendent Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of industrial electrical construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience leading self-perform electrical crews on large industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and industrial safety requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Proven ability to manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel / work on-site as needed
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate between crews, project managers, and clients
