Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and strategic Healthcare Marketing & Operations Manager to support a rapidly growing medical practice in Long Beach, CA. The practice encompasses four outpatient specialty centers and a hospital-based program affiliated with MemorialCare Miller Children's Hospital. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing patient care delivery, and spearheading marketing initiatives that fuel practice growth. The ideal candidate will be both operationally savvy and creatively driven, with a passion for healthcare innovation and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing & Outreach :

Compensation : $45 / hr to $50 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
