Job Description
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing partner inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Channel Sales professional should have :
A strong background in sales, preferably in the chillers industry selling into data centers, hospitals / healthcare, pharma, commercial buildings, & manufacturing.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
8+ years of experience.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
Proven sales success.
