Who You Are :
We are seeking a dynamic and consultative Marketing Associate to nurture and grow our existing client accounts. This role is equal parts strategic advisor, relationship builder, and revenue driver. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on understanding client businesses, identifying opportunities for added value, and becoming a trusted advisor in their success journey.
How You'll Contribute :
- Account Growth & Retention : Build and deepen relationships with existing clients to increase satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- New Business Growth : Proactively communicate with clients and centers of influence to gather referrals for new business opportunities
- Consultative Selling : Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our seminar marketing services based on each client's goals, business model, and market.
- Strategic Partnership : Become a trusted advisor by demonstrating a deep understanding of the financial services and insurance industries and articulating the ROI and value of our events.
- Performance Insights : Regularly provide clients with campaign performance insights, data analysis, and recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Client Success : Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience from onboarding through repeat engagements.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and feedback is integrated into future strategies.
What You'll Need :
3-5+ years of client-facing experience in account management, relationship management, or client success, ideally in marketing, events, or financial services.Proven ability to drive revenue through consultative cross-selling and upselling.Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand financial and insurance industry dynamics.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting tools.Effective communication skills to interact with internal cross-functional teams.
