Job Type : Full-time / Part-time

Salary Range : $17 - $20 per hour

Experience Required : 1-2 years working with youth or behavioral health

About the Role :

We are seeking compassionate 1 : 1 Support Staff to provide direct supervision and emotional support for youth in out-of-home care. Your role will be to de-escalate conflicts, encourage positive behavior, and ensure a safe environment .

Key Responsibilities :

• ️ Supervise and support youth on a 1 : 1 basis .
• ️ Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement.
• ️ Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and behavior coaching .
• ️ Maintain daily reports and service documentation .
• ️ Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines .

Requirements :

21+ years old with a valid driver’s license .

High School Diploma / GED + 2 years experience OR

Associate’s degree + 1 year experience in human services.

Certified or willing to complete training in : Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR.

Background check required.
