As an extension of our Magnet Designated AdventHealth Celebration Main Campus, we bring advanced, compassionate care closer to the communities of Orange and Osceola Counties.\n\nOur state-of-the-art, 18,000-square-foot facility is open 24 / 7 with 24 private rooms, a dedicated urgent care track for non-emergent cases, and an on-site lab for fast results. We also offer pediatric-specific care, a 24-hour observation unit, and seamless transfer capabilities for patients needing specialized treatment.. Palm Parkway also has a resuscitation room where we provide care to our most critically ill patients. Our team is composed of a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including providers, nurses, techs, lab techs, respiratory therapists, imaging techs, security personnel, and patient financial advocates.\n\nTeam members at Palm Parkway enjoy being part of an award-winning department, recognized with the ENA Lantern Award for excellence in innovation, patient safety, and quality care. Join us and experience whole-person care powered by technology, teamwork, and compassion.\n\nThe role you'll contribute : \n\nThe Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.\n\nThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : \n\nMinimum qualifications : \n
• Graduate of a school of nursing\n
• Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification\n
• Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty / unit requirements\n
• EKG\n\nPreferred qualifications : \n
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing\n
