Pay Range : $23-24 / hr | Tax Credit / Affordable Housing Experience Required

What You'll Do

Administrative Assistant / Leasing Consultant :

• Perform general office duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry
• Assist with compliance paperwork and reporting for LIHTC and Affordable Housing programs
• Provide administrative support to property staff and management teams
• Maintain organized resident files and ensure accuracy of documentation
• Greet residents, vendors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
