Assignment Specifics :

Full-time

13-weeks

Shift : Mon - Fri 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Housing accommodations, mileage reimbursement, and per-diem provided!

Job Duties :

Review and monitor patients medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers.

Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patients medication therapy and provide recommendations.

Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physicians prescriptions.

Prepare sterile IV admixtures.

Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students regarding their medication and their proper use and monitoring.

Requirements :

Active Pharmacist license in the state of Nebraska

At least 1+ years experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting

1+ year experience IV compounding
