Interior Design Intern

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Intern to join our design team on a part-time basis. This role offers hands-on experience in the interior design industry, with a focus on supporting our designers in organizing resources, building vendor relationships, and assisting with creative project tasks.

The Specifics of the Role

Maintain and organize the material library, including updating samples, catalogs, and digital resources.
Coordinate with product representatives to schedule breakfast presentations, new product updates and material returns
Support design team members on active projects, including research, sourcing, and specifications.
Position is flexible and specific weekly schedule will be worked out with the candidate but would average 12-16 hours a week.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software such as Revit, Adobe Suite and Miro.

Interest in materials, furnishings, and design trends.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation

Intern Hourly Pay Range : $21.00-$25.00 per hour based on expected college graduation month / year.
