About the Role : As the Manager, Talent Acquisition (Field) you will play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through people. You will partner closely with Store Operations and the field HR Manager to develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for new store openings in an assigned market. You will oversee all hiring efforts for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and hourly store staff, ensuring each location is staffed with exceptional talent who embody our company's mission and values. You are a passionate and driven recruiting professional with a strong understanding of the retail landscape. You balance strategic thinking with action, can pivot quickly, and take ownership in ensuring every new store opens with a great team.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in building high-performing teams from the ground up. The Manager, Talent Acquisition (Field) will report to the Sr. Director, Talent Management.
Responsibilities Include :
Develop and execute the end-to-end hiring strategy for new store openings within the assigned market, ensuring timely and high-quality hires across all roles.Partner with Field Leadership and HR Manager to forecast staffing needs, understand labor markets, and build sourcing plans that align with business timelines.Lead full-cycle recruitment for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and hourly store employees including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles, leveraging community partnerships, job fairs, employee referrals, and digital channels to attract strong candidates.Coach and support hiring leaders on best-in-class hiring practices, interview techniques, and selection decisions.Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience) and adjust strategies as needed.Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, and Operations teams to align recruiting timelines with store opening milestones.Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, procedures, and employment laws.About The Pay :
Base Salary Range : $110,000 - $130,000 AnnuallyFinal compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.About You :
5+ years of experience in field or high-volume retail recruiting, including leadership or market-level roles.Proven success hiring for multi-unit retail or store opening environments.Strong business acumen and ability to partner with cross-functional and field leadership.Highly organized with strong planning skillsProficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.Process and solution oriented, with a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to effectively analyze and make decisions using dataA self-starter who takes initiative, can work independently, and manage multiple projects and priorities.Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills are required, as well as being an active listener and a team playerThrives in a results-oriented, fast-paced work environment.Proficient in MS Office with a focus on PowerPoint & ExcelExperience using project management software preferred
