Job Overview :

The Call Center Agent plays a critical role in delivering a premier Marvin experience by serving as a central point of contact for customers across all 50 states. This position supports a high-volume, fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal teams and external customers to ensure efficient delivery service and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Highlights of your role :

  • Answer, identify, and appropriately redirect incoming calls from the Support Services Call Center.
  • Review and forward customer inquiries submitted via the website.
  • Maintain accurate phone logs and update the call center database regularly.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to department supervisors.
  • Schedule and coordinate up to 300 work orders weekly, ensuring alignment with service technician availability and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with over 75 service technicians, 50 Customer Care Associates (CCAs), and multiple supervisors across the U.S.
  • Utilize Marvin systems including Salesforce, OMS, MODL, Print Book, and Outlook to manage customer interactions and service workflows.
  • Register product warranties and ensure proper documentation.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Marvin products and replacement parts to support customer inquiries and service coordination.
  • Influence and guide customers and service technicians to meet aggressive scheduling goals.
  • Provide backup support in other functional areas as needed. Perform miscellaneous duties to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic office setting.
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks and computer systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a cheerful and optimistic demeanor.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Also want to make sure you have :

  • High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
