About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven Estimator to join our team and play a key role in project procurement. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll be responsible for interpreting drawings, preparing accurate bids, and ensuring every project starts on solid footing. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
What You’ll Do
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to prepare accurate take-offs and cost estimates.
- Develop comprehensive quotes and bid packages for both residential and commercial projects.
- Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify project details, identify value engineering opportunities, and ensure bid accuracy.
- Manage and maintain pricing and client databases.
- Partner closely with the Senior Estimator and Project Management teams to hand off awarded jobs and support ongoing projects as needed.
- Follow up on submitted bids to strengthen customer relationships and secure project awards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in estimating, construction management, or a related field.2–5 years of estimating experience in construction, stone fabrication, or a similar industry.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate MS Office skills.Ability to analyze numerical data, interpret technical drawings, and communicate clearly with internal and external partners.Organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple bids at once.OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).Why Join Us
