Custody Client Operations Professional

Custody Client Operations professionals at J.P. Morgan Chase are responsible for managing and safeguarding clients' assets with precision and care. This role involves meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless custody services and operational excellence.

As a Corporate Action Associate within the Custody Middle Office team, you will provide institutional investors with access to global markets for settlements, safekeeping, and asset servicing of securities. Your role will also involve offering ancillary services such as Foreign Exchange and Liquidity Solutions. Working in conjunction with our Markets business, you will cater to our core client segments, including Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Insurance / GSEs, Banks / Broker Dealers, and Hedge Funds and Alternatives. Our team is committed to delivering investor solutions that protect our clients' portfolios, boost their efficiency, and seize opportunities in various global markets.

Job responsibilities include :

• Providing excellent client service and support to internal and external clients daily
• Managing issues related to Global Custody Corporate Actions with regards to client instructions, completions, and reconciliation
• Monitoring internal and external client inquiries, resolving non-routine issues, and closely partnering with internal teams to resolve exceptions in a timely manner
• Performing root cause analysis for clients to increase straight through processing, with a focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
• Partnering across the wider global team and technology to identify product enhancements and technology improvement opportunities
• Collaborating with Client Service Teams and managing client expectations and concerns, with a focus on delivering unparalleled client experience
• Providing operations subject matter expertise and value-added services to clients where required
