Job Summary
Pay : $65,000 – $80,000 annually (Based on experience)
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Job Type : Full-time, On-site
Responsibilities
- Review and disposition customer returns daily
- Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality issues
- Prepare monthly PPM reports
- Perform monthly audits (MQC, IS, FMEA)
- Represent the company in customer quality meetings
- Support production with quality processes and inspections
- Analyze warranty parts
- Develop inspection standards and resolve service part quality issues
- Lead daily Kaizen reporting
- Conduct Daily Strike Team meetings and follow-up
- Support QC and Lab Technicians
- Lead Scrap Reduction Team
- Generate continuous improvement ideas
- Lead audits in line with IATF standards
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Quality Manager
