Responsible for program creation and management of strategic customer engagements, partnering with necessary internal product and engineering stakeholders to ensure overall success of the program.
- Responsible for integration and onboarding of new business opportunities / partners or emerging areas. Focuses on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic or tactically important partnerships.
- Coordinates and aligns activities to successfully integrate internal stakeholder and new customer engagements into the Client portfolio. Must apply data and expertise so that appropriate courses of action by our business and our internal partners are taken.
Education
Experience
o Independent Operation and Initiative : Ability to operate independently, take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance.
o Cross-functional Collaboration : Proven success in collaborating cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
o Leadership and Change Management : Ability to lead and influence change.
o IT or Life Sciences Background
Pay : $55-$62 Hourly on W2
