Position Overview

F3 Law is seeking a lateral Business and Facilities Attorney to join our Oakland office. We support public schools serving children and communities, focusing on operational legal issues such as real estate transactions, leases, public contracts, construction procurement, disputes, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of legal practice experience
• Member of the State Bar of California

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $130,000 – $190,000 per year, depending on experience. F3 Law offers a collegial work environment, reasonable billable hours, bonuses, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan with profit sharing.
